This is an important conversation for all ages, 18 and older. More than 19 million people have already used this plan-ahead document. Join us for this important message and light refreshments. Women's Fall Bible Study: Prayer, An Adventure with God. Prayers from the Old Testament Abraham, Moses, Nehemiah, Daniel, Ezekiel, Hannah and David; along with prayers from the New Testament- Paul, Mary and Jesus will be studied. Class meets on Wednesday evenings from 7:00-8:30 pm and will continue for 12 weeks from Sept. 4 to Nov. 20. All New Life women and their friends are invited! The book is $8.00; the signup sheet is located on the Fellowship Hall information table.
Missionary Visit: Peter and Sharon McMillan, Missionaries to Spain, will be vising New Life on Sunday, Nov. 3rd. They will give a full presentation during the Sunday School hour, and they will give a brief presentation during the service. The whole congregation is invited to visit with them further at an Open House at the Swanson’s home (55 Blueberry Lane, Red Lion) from 2:00-4:00 that Sunday afternoon.
Samaritan's Purse Shoeboxes: Please bring your packed Samaritan's purse shoeboxes to New Life by Sunday, November 17th. If you need to purchase a shoebox, the cost is $2.50. You may either print your label and pay for shipping online yourself ($9) or give Connie Kay $9 for the shipping cost and she will print it for you.

Men's Group: Meets the 2nd and 4th Saturday of the month from 7:00-8:30 am at the Cracker Barrel. We are studying spiritual warfare. Men are welcome to bring sons age 11 and above. Contact Rob Rothermel for information.
Bible Study Fellowship: Bible Study Fellowship (BSF) begins September 12. This is a non-denominational ministry that offers an in-depth, 30-week structured study of the Bible. New Life hosts a satellite BSF study group on Thursdays from 6:55-8:30 pm, sponsored by the BSF base class in Baltimore. BSF will study Acts. New to the Community? If you are relatively new to New Life, whether you’ve been attending for one week or one year, you're invited to a community dinner at the Kay's home at 6:00 PM on Saturday, November 2nd. The purpose of this dinner is to provide opportunity for those who are relatively new to connect with others in a relaxed, informal environment. While not necessary, an RSVP to the church office would be helpful.
"Voices" Conference: On November 2nd, Providence will host its fourth annual, Voices Conference: Helping Survivors of Abuse Find Their Voice. The conference is co-hosted by their Refuge Ministry and is designed to reach women who have experienced abuse sometime in their life. This year, Darby Strickland, a Christian Counselor and author from Philadelphia, will be speaking. The conference will meet from 8:00 am - 4:00 pm (lunch is provided).
